As our collaborator responsible for check-in needs time to travel to the property. ⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise after 10 pm (Noise Regulation Law). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.

People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags. ⚠️ When leaving the accommodation, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment.

Failure to comply with this item may result in the owner deducting £100.00 per day from the security deposit. ⚠️ Our check-in is carried out from 3 pm to 8 pm and our check-out is before 11 am.

If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability. ⚠️ For each booking, we provide 1 set of bedding per bed and 1 set of towels per guest.

Bed and towel changing service can be contracted and paid separately.

Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit. ⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
