Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons: We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Most of the city’s top attractions are within easy walking distance, and several bus routes depart from the road directly outside the property. Birmingham New Street train station is only a short bus or taxi journey away, or around a 10–15 minute walk.
