The space is thoughtfully designed with stylish, comfortable furnishings and includes all the amenities needed for up to three guests (using the sofa bed) to enjoy a relaxing stay in the city.
Located just a 10-minute walk from Anchorage Metrolink, it offers quick and easy access to both Manchester city centre and Salford, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. - Located within a modern and quiet development - Finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout - Open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home - Dining table, comfortable sofa, and Smart TV in the living space - High-speed broadband available throughout the property - Sofa bed available in the living area for 1 additional guest (can be prepared on request before arrival for an additional fee – please select 3 guests when booking) - Comfortable bedroom with large windows and plenty of storage space - Luxurious double bed made up with crisp hotel-quality linen - Modern family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and sink - Complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels provided - Parking space available for 1 car There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Ideally positioned between central Manchester and Salford, both around a 25-minute walk away, this apartment provides a great base for exploring everything the city has to offer. A selection of cafés, restaurants, and local shops can be found right on your doorstep, while the wider choice of dining, shopping, and entertainment in central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is also a large Sainsbury’s supermarket only a 5-minute walk from the apartment for added convenience. Central Manchester and central Salford are both around a 25-minute walk away, or just a short drive or bus ride. Manchester Piccadilly train station can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by taxi.

The location was ideal with both the city centre and quays within walking distance or cheap taxi ride. The flat was clean, with beautiful light, and the bed was comfy.
The flat needs a few repairs with one window that couldn't be closed properly, a very loose tap in the kitchen, slow draining bathroom sink, and a kettle which would only boil if the switch was held down throughout.
