This bright and stylish 2-bedroom apartment is located in the brand-new Icona development, just a short walk from York city centre.

Fresh towels, linens, and essentials are provided to make your stay comfortable and convenient. A 5 minute walk from York city centre.
The city centre has a huge variety of bars and restaurants.
There is also a range of shops on the same road for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00 : £50. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00 : £75. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.
