You will find comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and more than enough space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a large sofa, armchair and smart TV. The spacious double bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms, both with showers, toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Guests can also make use of the residents only gym in the building.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

Guests have access to the residents gym with the key fob (guest use of facilities is at their own risk).

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to the property throughout their stay.

Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment. Being in such a great location, the whole of Solihull is entirely walkable from the apartment. It's just a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the main shopping district. There are regular busses into town taking less than 10 minutes. Solihull train station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment - From here there are trains to Birmingham New Street station taking less than 20 minutes. Birmingham Airport is just a 15 minute drive from the apartment.
