Set in a peaceful yet convenient part of Leeds, each spacious en-suite room sleeps two and is equipped with its own living space with sofa and TV, a shower room, free Wi-Fi and desk space. The double bed will be made up with fresh hotel linen and towels and toiletries are provided for your use. A perfect pad for explorers who want to make the most of the city and surrounding areas, whilst returning to a comfortable base at the end of the day!

We manage a number of rooms in this building - the unit presented represents our typical ensuite room, however this layout may differ slightly.

Check in is between 3.00pm - 10.00pm
Check out is at 10.00am
Unfortunately there is no flexibility on these times.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· 3rd party bookings; if the guest who books the apartment is unable to be present for check in, we will require additional information prior to check-in.

Guests have sole access to their own private en-suite room.
