The generous bedroom offers ample storage and a luxurious king-size bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The sleek family bathroom includes a powerful shower, toilet, and sink, complemented by fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property during their stay.
