Villa Normandie is a luxurious holiday home for 8 people with a private swimming pool located in Touques.
Touques is a small but very cosy village located next to the famous Deauville.
It is the beautiful region of Calvados with many attractions.
Inside: Very cosy interior The villa with annex has all the comfort and is luxuriously and tastefully furnished.
The main building has a spacious living room with a decorative fireplace (not to be used), dining area and a hyper-equipped open kitchen.
A bedroom with en-suite bathroom also on the ground floor makes the property extra accessible for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor of the main building, there is another bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a real play area for adults with a bar, pinball machine, jackpot, multi-game console (pacman and others) and a roulette table and bingo.
There is also a billiards table, darts and table football outside or in the garage.
The annex is equally cosy and luxuriously furnished with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a spacious shower room.
Outside: Unique location The beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden offers a heated private swimming pool (10 x 4.5 m, depth 1.5 m - open from 01/06 to 15/09) and very spacious terraces with plenty of garden furniture.
Relax in the jacuzzi (always to be reserved upon request and for a maximum of 4 people) or challenge each other on the petanque court.
Meanwhile, enjoy a typical Norman apple tart, a refined calvados or a delicious barbecue, with a panoramic view of the region.
Surroundings: Something for everyone The landing beaches of World War II are definitely worth a day trip, as are the chalk cliffs of Etretat and the Bayeux Tapestry.
Walk over the Pont de Normandie to the charming Honfleur.
The village attracted numerous artists and painters in the 19th century, and to this day you can still breathe this atmosphere in the streets.
Don't forget Deauville, a trendy town with beautiful shops located on a beautiful beach.
