A beautiful, clean, well equipped apartment. Very light and in a great position to access shops, restaurants and ferry terminals. There was a slight delay in getting the keys but fortunately there was an undercover seated area at the front of the property where we were able to wait. Our parking space was always available. We all enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, surprisingly light for a basement flat! Well equipped kitchen and the whole place was lovely and clean. Easy walk down to Torquay harbour and a lovely beach called Beacon Cove just down the road. Towns like Brixham, Paignton, Dartmouth and Kingswear are all within a 30 min drive and all worth a visit. Thank you for a great stay!

This was by far the best Airbnb we have stayed in. You have absolutely everything you need once inside even down to a garlic press. The flat itself is modern and well-kitted out. You need to be aware of the 2 flights of steps to the car park in case you have mobility issues, but overall all this place was amazing. Only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and the harbour front.
