Description of the area

The apartment is located in Borgo San Giuliano, a neighborhood with a dense network of small streets overlooked by colorful houses no higher than two floors. It is bordered upstream by the Ponte di Tiberio, the Roman bridge of Rimini, with 2000 years of history. In the past it was populated by fishermen, coachmen and prostitutes. Even today you can retrace its history thanks to the itineraries indicated by picturesque ceramic plaques on the houses of its ancient inhabitants. In Borgo San Giuliano you will find everything you may need during your stay: food shops (Conad, fruit and vegetables, dairy), bars, pastry shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, tobacconists, bike repair shops, newsagent, pharmacy. And if you take the bus to the center, you enter the Rimini shopping area.

- From Bologna Marconi Airport, you can take the shuttle to Bologna Centrale station, where you can take the regional train to Rimini station. From there, you can reach the apartment in just 17 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by taxi or car in 1 hour and 20 minutes (124 km).


- From Rimini Airport, you can reach the apartment with bus no. 9 and get off at the "Giovanni XXIII" stop, just a 14-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car or taxi in just 18 minutes (7.7 km).


- If you are travelling by car, the apartment is outside the ZTL area. The apartment has an uncovered parking space, NOT suitable for SUVs. To access it you must pass through a gate. Alternatively, you can park for free in the streets adjacent to the property (NOT guaranteed).
