Modern 35 sqm apartment just 6 minutes walk from Sant'Antonio Hospital. The accommodation, which can host up to 3 guests, is located on the ground floor (raised) of a building without lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). Please note that there are steps to access the building.

The area is quiet and well-served. The city center is easily reachable in 13 minutes by public transport.

The property consists of bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.


The internal space is organized as follows
- BEDROOM with double bed, built-in wardrobe and TV;

- LIVING AREA with dining table, chairs, sofa bed (for one person) and KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, kitchenware, wine glasses;

- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet, WC, washing machine and dryer.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

THE STRUCTURE is divided into three units: a mini apartment DIAMANTE (for exclusive use) and two rooms RUBINO and SMERALDO. The two rooms share a dining area with kitchen. Access to the apartment is shared with the other two units, but each space is designed to guarantee privacy and comfort.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.


For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.
