Capo Blu House With Sea View is a complex of two holiday homes located in Capo Blu on the South Coast of Sardinia.

Their privileged position allows us to have a wonderful sea view.

The property is a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches in Southern Sardinia and we are in a very quiet and private area, which makes it an ideal holiday destination in which to stay in complete relaxation for short or long periods ideal for families and young couples.

The first holiday home has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a private mini-pool.

While the second holiday home is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shared swimming pool.

Although they are a complex of two houses, each is designed so that guests can enjoy the necessary tranquility and privacy.

Each house has its own kitchen complete with appliances, and a barbecue area with its outdoor dining and/or relaxation area.

To complete the comfort features, Capo Blu House With Sea View has two mini-pools.

For the house with 3 bedrooms it is for exclusive use while for the second house with two bedrooms and a bathroom a shared mini-pool is available giving the possibility of spending your holidays with moments of total serenity and well-being offering a comfortable and pleasant alternative to the beach, or simply an "escape" from the hot nights of August.


Other things to keep in mind


- Two days before check-in, documents will be requested from all guests for communication at the police station as required by Italian law, entry will be allowed into the structure only upon completion of the online check-in link that will be sent via airbnb messaging or via what'up.


- A mini-pool is available for guests.

The house with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom has an exclusive use mini-pool.

While the second house with two bedrooms and a bathroom has a shared mini-pool.
