Villa Meloneras Deluxe is a luxurious 4-bedroom retreat located in the exclusive area of Meloneras, in the vibrant south of Gran Canaria, offering the perfect balance of serenity and access to the island’s finest attractions. This exquisitely designed villa accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, and an additional king-size bedroom in the basement with an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The villa’s three modern bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers and premium amenities, ensuring every comfort during your stay.
The open-plan living area, flooded with natural light, boasts stylish furnishings, a Smart TV, and direct access to the garden terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals and dine in style. Air conditioning throughout the villa ensures a comfortable stay, no matter the season.
Outside, the private garden terrace is a haven of relaxation, complete with a heated pool (available at an additional charge), sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. Enjoy al fresco dining in the outdoor dining area, surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquility of your surroundings. For guests who enjoy staying active, the villa also includes a private fitness room.
Conveniently located, Villa Meloneras Deluxe is just a short walk from the stunning Meloneras Beach, as well as the lively Boulevard de Meloneras, known for its upscale boutiques, fine dining restaurants, charming cafes, and luxurious 5-star hotel spas. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit of 1.000€ is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100€ for the total duration of the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
