The room is equipped with a king size double bed (200 x 180 cm), desk, clothes hanger, private bathroom (with shower, sink, bidet and WC), unlimited wifi, split air conditioning, independent heating and hairdryer.


In the common area (shared with four other rooms) there is a kitchen with induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, wine glasses, dining table, washing machine, drying rack and dryer.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on recovering the keys and accessing the apartment.

Keys can be retrieved free of charge via smartlock on site.

In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00.


Alternatively, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, key collection will take place free of charge at our office in Via Sant'Agostino 4 (Pisa).


If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to
- From 3pm to 9pm: €15.00;

- From 9.00pm to 11.00pm: €25.00;

- From 11.00pm to 12.00am: €30.00;

- From midnight to 1.30am: €40.00.


Our guesthouse is located within walking distance of some of the city's most iconic attractions. A short distance away, guests can admire the famous Leaning Tower, located in the Piazza del Duomo, also known as Piazza dei Miracoli, a UNESCO site that also houses the Baptistery and the Camposanto. The area is full of historic cafes and restaurants where you can taste typical Tuscan dishes. Not far away is the Botanical Garden, the oldest in Europe, ideal for a relaxing walk. Another site of interest is the Lungarno, the banks of the Arno river, perfect for a romantic walk at sunset. This central location allows you to easily explore Pisa's rich historical and cultural heritage.
