Large apartment, located a few steps from the center, the pedestrian area and the seafront of Marciana Marina, one of the most touristic places on the island, ideal for those who love the nightlife, but also for families and for those who love relaxing holidays.
The town in fact, offers services of all kinds for those who do not want to travel by car, and the beach 2 steps from the center, never too crowded, is composed of a mixture of sand and pebbles.
For those who love to explore in fact, it is the ideal place to rent a boat or to dedicate yourself to diving. Two-room apartment 3/5 beds (ideal for a maximum of 4 adults) The apartment is located inside a large property on 2 levels, divided into several housing units; it is composed of a spacious modern kitchen with a queen-size sofa, triple bedroom with double bed and single bed. Bathroom with window, bidet and shower.
At 50 meters we offer another four-room apartment with 6 beds. Location information: - near the center, quiet area Services inside the apartment: - gas burners; refrigerator; oven; TV; mosquito nets; washing machine of the property for common use Services outside the apartment: - equipped outdoor space; parking space inside the property; drying rack; BBQ shared with the property Important Notes: - groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed - check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - only small pets are allowed, with a supplement of € 30 for cleaning - deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
