At the end of 2024, the house was extensively modernized.
It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can also be combined into a double bed.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
The non-smoking house offers a parking space directly at the house, garden furniture for relaxing hours, and included bed linen and towels.
A hairdryer and wood for the fireplace (for a fee) are also available.
For families, we provide a baby crib, high chair, and playpen.

Our modern renovated holiday home in Köterberg village (house number 19) offers a perfect combination of nature, comfort, and relaxation.
Surrounded by beautiful scenery, you can enjoy tranquility and a fantastic panoramic view from the summit of Köterberg, which stretches far into the surrounding area on clear days.
There are numerous hiking trails around Köterberg suitable for all fitness levels.
The paths lead through forests, meadows, and past beautiful viewpoints—ideal for walks and hikes.
Köterberg is a place of peace and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Nearby is the Hermannsdenkmal, which offers a great view and commemorates an important historical battle in the Teutoburg Forest.
A lovely excursion spot for anyone who appreciates history and nature.
Check-in is possible from 3 PM to 11 PM.
Check-out is until 11 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in advance for arrangements.
The key handover takes place personally on-site at Köterberg 25.
A baby cot/extra bed is available free of charge.
Pets are allowed by arrangement, for a fee of 8,00€ per pet/night.
