The apartment has an open-plan layout with two bedrooms, a cozy living area with a high-quality sofa bed, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and two modern bathrooms - including a large bathroom with corner bath, shower and WC and a small guest bathroom with shower and WC.
A highlight is the huge roof terrace, where you can start the day with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or end the evening on the spacious lounge.
Up to 6 people can be comfortably accommodated here and have a wonderful time.

Along Kölner Straße and in the adjacent streets you will find a colorful variety of stores from different cultures, including supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and fashion boutiques. The internationally renowned “Little Tokyo” district, home to the largest Japanese community in Europe, is just a few minutes' walk away. The famous boulevard “Kö” (Königsallee) with its numerous international design and fashion stores can also be easily reached on foot in around 20 minutes. The nearby Südpark offers opportunities for strolling and relaxing. Düsseldorf is known for its gastronomic diversity, and this also applies to Kölner Straße. Here you will find cozy cafés, international restaurants, bistros and bars offering a wide range of culinary delights. There are various leisure activities on offer in the surrounding area.
