The Ribnitz Therme is within walking distance. In just 10-15 minutes by car you can reach Karls Erdbeerhof in Rövershagen or the old river. There are also many beautiful and interesting things to experience in the Ribnitz-Damgarten area. The Ribnitz upland moor, which is only a 15-minute drive from the houseboat, can be explored on your own or on a two-hour guided moorland hike. In the Rhododendron Park, which is located in the neighboring village of Graal-Müritz, you can see 60 different species of rhododendron and a total of 2500 specimens in full bloom. There are also several towns worth visiting in the surrounding area. These include the Hanseatic city of Rostock and Stralsund, with its harbors and many restaurants, shopping opportunities and leisure activities.
