Located in the historic Schmirgelwerk, our modern studios & apartments blend unique charm with top-notch amenities: sauna, BBQ & outdoor spaces, fast WiFi, private parking, and contactless check-in.

Upon entering the flat, you step into a hallway with a convenient wardrobe on the right, providing ample storage space.
To the left, you’ll find a modern bathroom featuring a shower, toilet, and double basin, fully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your comfort. Continuing further into the apartment, the kitchen is located on the left, fully equipped with a fridge, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle—perfect for preparing meals during your stay. The heart of the loft is the open living area, designed for both relaxation and functionality.
It features a comfortable double bed, a dining area, and a cozy living room setup with a sofa bed and a smart TV for entertainment.
Additionally, there is a charming play-kitchen and a small desk, specially designed for toddlers, ensuring a family-friendly stay. Guests can enjoy a shared garden, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting a barbecue in a peaceful setting.
For those seeking extra relaxation, the building features a sauna—a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The sauna is available for 35€ per day, and to ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for bookings at least one day in advance.
Additionally, private parking is conveniently located right in front of the building for a hassle-free arrival. Reaching the apartment is simple and convenient, whether you’re arriving by plane, train, car, or public transportation. For those arriving by air, Leipzig/Halle Airport (LEJ) is the closest airport, located about 15 km from the apartment.
From the airport, you can take the S-Bahn (S5 or S5X) to Leipzig Hauptbahnhof (Central Station), then transfer to a tram or bus for the short ride to the apartment.

Die Ausstattung für zwei Personen gut, für vier Personen zu klein. Der Pfeiler mitten im Raum ist störend
Über zwei Stunden keine Zugangsdaten erhalten, eine Bewohnerin hat uns freundlicher Weise geholfen. Die Terrasse ist sehr schlecht zu erreichen,da der Ausstieg zu hoch ist. Ein Tritt wie draußen wäre hilfreich

Check in war schwierig! Für zehn Personen keine Gläser (Wein,-Sekt,-Schnapsgläser) Dunstabzugshaube keimig, keine brauchbaren Töpfe, angeschlagenes Geschirr, alte verschimmelte Keksdosen in Schränke gefunden, Mikrowelle unbenutzbar, ein Schrankteil mit benutzten Trinkflaschen, manche Schubfächer voller Gerümpel , Hygienezustand der Küche mangelhaft, Zustand der Bäder unzumutbar!!

Das Apartement liegt in einem großen Gebäuderkomplex auf einem ehemaligen Firmengelände. Die Bewohner der umliegenden Häuser sind nett, Ausstattung war gut, es war sauber und die Fenster mit Gaze gegen Mücken und Rollos zum Verdunkeln gut ausgestattet. Das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich.
Die Ausstattung des Apartements generell könnte evetuell noch ein paar kleine Löffel, Schüsseln oder einen Reisefön gebrauchen - ist aber so auch in Ordnung gewesen.
