Holiday home for 8-11 people Close to the village of Gattieres in a very scenic area and with panoramic views
Situated at the end of a blind alley in calm surroundings, close to the village of Gattieres, in a natural beautiful area.
Panoramic view over Nice, the river Var and the sea.
The villa was built in 1974 and is situated on a high-standing large ground.
The house is divided in 3 levels and is perfect for 2 families with children or 4 couples.
The area offers many paths for hiking and several golf courses. Provencal villa with a nice pool and large covered terrace.
The villa is furnished in a simple style and bright colours. Ground floor: hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with double bed and exit to a balcony, large living room with fireplace and exit to a large balcony, kitchen with dining table for 10 persons and exit to south-facing terrace and covered balcony. Upper floor: large bedroom with 2 double beds and a bed sofa and exit to large balcony, bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Lower floor: 2 studios, both with large bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet.
One of them has a separate entrance.
There is also laundry room with washing machine. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
