Holiday home for 6-10 people Located in the Provencal hinterland between Nice and Antibes
Holiday home for 6-10 people located within walking distance of the charming medieval town of Saint-Jeannet, situated on a mountain plateau in the hinterland between Nice and Antibes.
Saint-Jeannet is located in a very scenic area at the foot of the impressive Baou de Saint-Jeannet rock.
It is a typical small village with alleys and stairways crossing each other and beautiful stone houses.
From the backyard of the house, a small path leads to the village, where you will find restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and more.
Although it is located in the mountains, it is not far from Nice, Antibes, and the beaches along the Côte d'Azur. The holiday home is set on multi-level grounds and has outdoor facilities such as a beautiful garden, pizza oven, playground, table tennis, pool, and jacuzzi.
Lovely private terraces with dining areas.
Next to the terrace is the private pool with sun loungers, parasols, and lounge furniture. The holiday home is divided into two separate units and is perfect for two families with children traveling together. The main house, which is on the level above the pool, consists of a living room with direct access to the terrace, a living room with an open kitchen and direct access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
In the hallway, a ladder can be pulled down to access a mezzanine with a double mattress for children.
This unit has air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The second unit, located by the pool, consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Jacuzzi on request - price per use 40 € (can not be used in July and August). + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
