Beautiful and quiet surroundings and beautiful views
Holiday house situated just a short walk from the center of the very charming village of La Colle sur Loup.
The village is located close to the picturesque medieval hilltop village of St. Paul de Vence, the old town in Vence with its narrow streets and provencal markets and within a few minutes' drive to the Mediterranean sea and the beaches in Cagnes sur Mer. Shops and restaurants in walking distance from the villa. The villa is situated in quiet surroundings as the last house on a small street and has a nice view over the surrounding valley and mountains.
In front of the house you will find a large pool surrounded by a wooden terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
Next to the pool there is a small pool house.
In front of the house, the large terrasse overlooking the pool invites you to relax in the shade while the children play in the garden and the pool.
Table tennis is found in the garage. The house is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining room connected to a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed or used separately) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 separate toilet, and 1 bathroom.
On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom (2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed or used separately) with an en-suite bathroom. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
