The house is also close to forest area, so you can go bicycling or go for walks, for example to the viewpoint Le Cap des Romains.

Not far from the house, you will find Les Gorges du Loup, a narrow river canyon, offering splendid nature, waterfalls, steep cliffs, many hiking routes and water sports such as canyoning and rafting.

Le Rouret is also just 20 km from several golf courses and the sunny beaches in Nice, Antibes and Cannes.

The villa is on two levels.
