In the basement, a cellar with washing machine and dryer.

The house is connected to the network by optical fiber and there is a Sonos / IKEA audio system.

The heated pool of 15 by 4 m. with automatic cleaning and overflow is surrounded by a wooden terrace of 65 m2 offering breathtaking views of the forest and the hills.
