Lovely villa situated in quiet surroundings outside Vidauban with beautiful views of mountains, forests and meadows.
Vidauban is located on the banks of the Argens river and at the foot of the Massif des Maures.
The climate of the area provides good conditions for wine growing and in the local area, quality wines are produced.
Many domains and castles invite you to tastings and visits to wine cellars.
You will also find many hiking routes and on the river you can go canoeing and kayaking.
Vidauban itself is a charming city with both restaurants and shops.
The location is also a good starting point for discovering the area's nature and historical sites such as the Abbey de Thoronet, Chapel Ste Roseline og Gorges du Verdon. The house is located on a large sloping plot of 5000 m2.
The upper part of the garden is very well maintained, where the lower part of the garden is wild.
There is also a herb garden with lots of herbs to use.
In the lower part of the garden there is a small rustic house that children can use to play in.
