Wonderful villa located in the small medieval village of Callas, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Callas is a nice little village with a picturesque square with shady plane trees, narrow streets, market every Saturday with local products, fountains and cozy restaurants.
The village has approx. 1300 inhabitants and during the summertime some tourists.
Callas is one of 3 small medieval villages lying side by side.
The other 2 villages, Bargemon and Clavier, located 5 and 6 km from Callas, are also worth a visit. The village house is located in the center of the village and has its own terraced garden with nice views, covered terrace with garden furniture and a large salt water pool surrounded by a sun deck.
Next to the pool there is also a covered terrace and a summer kitchen with BBQ.
Parking for 3-4 cars in the driveway. The villa is in 2 levels and consists of a ground-floor with kitchen/dining room, a living room, TV room for the children, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with toilet and access to the large, covered terrace. On the 1st floor there are another 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and a landing with a small library. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
