Located in lush surroundings bordering a large forest area
This cozy and well-furnished villa is in a smaller domain which borders a larger forest area 'Les plaines' and has a fantastic view.
The house is comfortable and well furnished with modern design and with attention to detail.
The living room is spacious with plenty of room for the family and all bedrooms are a good size.
From the living room there is direct access to the terrace and the pool area.
The kitchen is well equipped and in the garden the barbecue is ready for pleasant outdoor dinners.
There is also the possibility of a game of Petanque, on the newly laid lane. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood and is in 2 levels of which the 1st floor isn't rented out, and is therefore closed off and not occupied during rental. The villa consists of: Ground floor: Entrance with separate toilet.

Draguinan was the main town in the department of Var until 1975, when it lost its title to Toulon and is - due to its fine location in a very lush area - an extremely suitable holiday destination.
It is a good starting point for excursions to charming little medieval villages, vineyards, and olive groves and to the wild mountain Gorges du Verdon to the north and to the Gorges de Châteaudouble, which is a smaller version of the Verdon. + Security deposit (to be returned after your stay) 400,00 EUR
