Beautiful holiday house located on the outskirts of the cozy town of Ollioules and approx. 5 km from the beach and the very nice seaport of Sanary sur Mer. From the villa there is approx. 15 min. walk to the center of Ollioules, where you will find both cafes, restaurants and various small shops.

The area also offers beautiful nature, good sandy beaches with a wide selection of water sports, cozy towns, golf courses and opportunities for boat trips along the coast.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, on a large and much undisturbed plot of 2400 m2. In the mature garden there are 100 years old olive trees a nice pebbled area around the villa with garden furniture, many shady corners and a level below the house, a beautiful and fenced pool area with private pool.

Here you can relax in the sun on a sun lounger or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

The garden also has a play area for young children and parking for up to 3 cars.

The villa is in level + mezzanine.

It offers a large kitchen/dining room in open connection to the living room with access to the mezzanine with office area.

From the living room and kitchen there are large sliding doors to the gravel stone terrace in front of the house.
