This beautiful renovated villa is set amidst a beautiful landscape and offers spectacular views of the surrounding hills. The villa has a spacious garden with a swimming pool of 10 by 5 meters. The original façade, built of brick and stone, has been carefully restored. Inside the villa you will find an interior with antique furniture, which creates a warm and rural atmosphere.
The villa has five bedrooms with comfortable double beds and three bathrooms, all equipped with a toilet and shower. On the first floor there is a large sitting area and dining table, ideal for relaxing and eating together. The living room also has a television, perfect for relaxation for both adults and children. Salsomaggiore Terme is known for its elegant thermal baths and in Fidenza you will find a large Italian fashion outlet.
