Beautiful recently renovated apartment in a strategic location in Lecco. Situated near the lakeside promenade connecting Lecco with the ancient fishing village of Pescarenico, it is just a few steps away from the most important areas of the city: the city center with shops and restaurants, the Polytechnic, the convenient large parking area of "La Piccola," which also hosts the famous city market.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort: a convenient elevator leading to the floor, dishwasher and washing machine, internet; kitchen accessories such as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine; spacious covered terrace with mountain views, and completely renovated furnishings and finishes.
The spaces are generous. Two large bedrooms accommodate one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined to create a second double bed; living room with dining area and relaxation area; sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed (recommended for children); bathroom with large shower, eat-in kitchen, spacious covered terrace with mountain views positioned to receive the cool evening breeze from the mountains. Completing the solution is a lockable room on the ground floor that can be used as a small bicycle storage. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying requires the payment of a Tourist Tax. Our policy is to collect the tax via credit card during the online check-in process.
