" L'angolo azzurro " is a modern, ground floor apartment, recently renovated and located in the center of Pescara.
The house consists of a living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom and a closet.
From the entrance you immediately enter the living area with double sofa bed and SmartTV, fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, moka, kettle, various utensils and dining table; the double bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for personal effects and a desk.
In the bedroom there is a single bed, wardrobe and desk.
The full bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
In the closet there is space for the washing machine and to leave suitcases and personal effects.
In each main room there is air conditioning.
The house has the latest generation Fiber Wi-Fi.
Sheets, blankets and towels are provided.
There are no balconies or terraces as the house is on the ground floor.
It can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people, and is the ideal accommodation for couples, families, friends and for business trips.
The house is cleaned and disinfected at the end of each stay.
There are free and paid parking spaces in the nearby streets. .
