Do you want to discover Sicily and to live a unique experience in a unspotted destination? Are you looking for a modern, clean, design-apartment with all comforts for a long stay even in winter? (heating, internet, laundry, accessories) WELCOME you are in the right place! The flat is on the third floor of a modern building, renovated a few years ago, it has a very spacious elevator which comfortably accommodates three people and a wheelchair.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with all amenities.
Dishes, cutlery, and all kitchen accessories, fridge freezer, large wardrobes, and convenient drawers.
Opening the door to the second room leads to a laundry area shared with a small adjoining holiday home where you can wash and dry your clothes.
You will find both a microwave and an electric oven, a very large XXL shower, ironing board, crib and high chair on request, and a reading chair.
Going up a flight of stairs, there's a large outdoor terrace shared with other guests from where you can see the sea and a beautiful sunset.
There's a table and chairs, and it's the ideal place to smoke a cigarette or enjoy an aperitif with a view of the sea! .
