By elevator or stairs you get to the second floor where it is located.

The kitchen is on the left with a self-contained and habitable environment, equipped with an extendable table, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. Various dishes and pots are present, along with cleaning products.

A glass door accesses the sleeping area where there are two bathrooms complete with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom with access to the terrace and a double bedroom with a small terrace.

Both rooms are equipped with large closets.

The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.

There is a parking space under the apartment with disabled climbs to get to the building.

Guests have free street parking and private parking inside the condominium fence that is located right in front of the apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor and is served by an elevator.

Parties are not allowed and other people are not allowed to stay unless authorized by us and registered.

The apartment is located in an apartment building and it is not possible to make noise or disturbances in general, and in particular from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
