Detached 12-person holiday home with a very large garden, adjacent to a 35-meter wide creek with fishing opportunities and possible swimming.
Perfect for multiple families or a family getaway; this group accommodation is very suitable for that! The holiday home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with a conservatory, and even a sauna! This holiday home is located in the attractive and sought-after countryside of Sluis.
In this area, you will find several ""Schansen""; these are raised fortifications for the defense of Sluis in the 17th century.
Our holiday home is located near one of these Schansen, the so-called Kruisschans.
From this holiday home, you can easily reach the town of Sluis.
Sluis is a cozy, charming town with a rich history and an international Burgundian character.
The garden is ideal for children to play, such as ball games, playing in the bushes, etc.
Upon entering, you will find a toilet.
On the left, there are 3 spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, one with 4 sleeping places and the rest with 2 sleeping places. 4 beds have extra-long mattresses (210 cm).
There is also a bathroom with a very spacious walk-in shower (2 persons), 1 sink, and 1 toilet.
There is also a room with an infrared sauna.
Additionally, there is a washing machine under a countertop with a sink.
On the right is a fully equipped open kitchen, adjacent to the spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace.
A large conservatory is built onto the living room, also with a wood stove.
Via the stairs in the room, you reach the landing upstairs, with 2 spacious bedrooms adjacent.
Each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, one of which has a rain/massage shower.
The house is heated by central heating. **Good to know:** - Bring your own bed linen, with the option to rent it. - Bring your own kitchen linen, with the option to rent it. - Bring your own bath linen, with the option to rent it. - For arrivals within 56 days, full payment is due immediately.
For later arrivals, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due 56 days before arrival.
