This charming flat, embedded in the Sachsensteinblick residence, offers you a relaxed ambience in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, ideal for nature lovers and dog owners. The flat is located on the upper floor and covers a generous 42 square metres - perfect for singles, couples and families of up to 4 people.

In the living area, a large, comfortable sofa bed invites you to relax or as an additional sleeping option. A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m) ensures a restful night's sleep.

The compact but well-equipped kitchen offers many practical amenities - ideal for your meals or a cosy breakfast on the balcony with a wonderful view of the greenery.

The bathroom has a shower and storage space for your personal belongings. We are happy to provide you with towels directly on site for a small fee.

A modern 4K 43-inch TV with internet access, a DAB+/FM radio and a small collection of games and selected books will keep you entertained whatever the weather.

Our small playground and the lovingly furnished playroom, including a table tennis table and table football, offer children and teenagers the perfect opportunity to let off steam and be creative. Whether outside in the fresh air or inside - there's something for everyone here! WLAN is free of charge.

There is also a sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used for a small fee. We make sure that your stay remains relaxed and uncomplicated.
