Manor House, an imposing grand late Victorian detached house, situated in the heart of Cromer, close to the Pier, shops and beach.
Retaining many period features but benefitting from a recent refurbishment, this lovely house boasts bright, grand rooms and a large, modern kitchen opening to the mature garden and patio, perfect for alfresco dining.
And for anyone who doesn’t want to tackle the stairs there is a ground floor double bedroom and shower room. Ground floor: slope leading to side door opening up into the hallway with staircase leading up to the first floor.
With doors to: Dining room: with large table and twelve chairs, dresser and door leading to: Kitchen: modern kitchen with a “range style” oven with seven ring gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers, back door with steps down to enclosed garden with astro turf, mature shrubs and garden furniture and another door leading into a patio with two chairs and table.
Utility Room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Shower room: with corner shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Galatea bedroom: with King size double four poster bed, sofa, wardrobe, bay window and feature fireplace with door to: Kitchenette: with washing machine, kettle and mini fridge.
Lounge: with bay window with window seat, comfortable sofas, fireplace (operational between November and February - please check when booking), TV and armchair.
Lobby with stained glass door: to vestibule with front door with four steps down to driveway.
Library: with bay window with window seat, comfortable sofa, armchairs, TV and bookshelves with a multitude of book and games. Grand staircase: sweeping up to half landing with three steps leading up to: door to: Poppy bedroom: with two single beds, built in wardrobes, feature fireplace, dressing table and bedside tables.
Two steps up to Shower Room: with corner shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
Five steps leading to upper landing with doors to: India bedroom: with double bed, feature fireplace, wardrobe, chest of drawers, sofa and bedside tables.
Flamingo bedroom: with King size double bed, bunk beds (suitable for children under 12 only), bay window, sofa, feature fireplace, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside tables.
Family bathroom: with jacuzzi bath for two with handheld “telephone style” shower over, washbasin, and WC. Boudoir bedroom: double bed, feature fireplace, dual aspect windows, wardrobes, dressing table, chaise longe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. Please note: Door to cellar and staircase to third floor – unavailable to guests. Please note: Beach and shops 6-minute walk.
Train station 4-minute walk. 2-well behaved pets permitted at £20.00 per pet per week.
This property has an additional £20.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.

We all loved the house, the only issue was the heating , it seemed to come on in the middle of the night as it got very hot, but in the day especially as the weather was bad it didn’t stay on long enough so after breakfast it got quite chilly and draughty

We had a lovely few days staying in Manor House as a family of four with teenage children and a dog. The house was spacious and well furnished throughout and could easily cater for larger groups.
