Casa Flavia is a detached vacation home in Ascona, renovated in 2025, that stands out for its spacious garden and pleasant location.
It’s ideal for families, couples, or guests looking to spend a relaxing vacation near the lake.
Families with babies and children are also welcome, as are guests with a pet—though only one pet is allowed. The 60 m² vacation home features a total of three rooms, including two separate bedrooms, and can accommodate up to four people.
The open-concept living and dining area, with a cozy sofa nook, dining table, and TV, is perfect for spending time together.
A crib is available for the youngest guests. The open kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers everything you need to prepare your meals.
Amenities include a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils.
A Nespresso machine and another coffee maker are available for your coffee enjoyment. Two bathrooms provide additional comfort during your stay.
Free Wi-Fi with a specified speed of at least 100 Mbit/s, as well as a TV with cable service and international channels, are available.

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal in der Casa Flavia. Der sehr gute Eindruck vom 1. Mal hat sich bestätigt. Es ist eine aussergewöhnlich schöne Wohnung die bestens ausgestattet ist. Toller Garten! Die Lage ist perfekt. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie die Piazza von Ascona sind problemlos zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder.

Es hat uns in der Casa Flavia ausgezeichnet gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut; sie ist vollständig und lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, sind doch die Läden (Bäckerei, Migros, Coop) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in die Casa Flavia.
