Information about the host
The historic little house from the 19th century was carefully revitalized in 2023 to preserve its original charm. We are located directly on the Riesling Tour and Zweigelt Tour wine cycle routes. The wedding venues in the village center can be reached on foot in approx. 1.5 km via a footpath that is illuminated at night. You have exclusive use of the entire living area (approx. 95 m2) and the large, partially covered outdoor area.
Bedroom: approx. 25 m2, large double bed and, if required, a further 2 sleeping options in an extra bed (space available in both the bedroom and the living room, we use 1 Flexa bed 90x200 and a Flexa guest bed 80x190 as an extra bed)
Living room: approx. 25 m2, 2 sofas, fireplace, well-stocked bookshelf
Kitchen: approx. 25 m2, large dining table, fridge/freezer combination, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso machine + coffee pod machine incl. capsules and pods, filter coffee machine), kettle, toaster etc.
Bathroom: bathtub, shower, washing machine, separate WC
Spacious entrance hall, spacious pantry
The thick stone walls make it pleasantly cool inside in summer, without air conditioning.....
Access to outbuildings, cellar and attic is not permitted. Surroundings:
In the village there is a small store, coffee house, inn, wine shop, snack bar and seasonal wine taverns (opening hours according to the wine tavern calendar). Supermarkets and drugstore are approx. 3 km away. We are located directly on the footpath/cycle path, along which you can always walk or cycle along the Gschinzbach stream to the village center (approx. 1.5 km), past paddocks, grazing sheep and beautiful gardens. The Riesling Tour and Zweigelt Tour wine cycle routes pass right by the property. The Falkenberg ruins are in the immediate vicinity. Grafenegg Castle can be reached by car in just a few minutes, as can the German village in Elsarn. Numerous other Excursion destinations (Wachau, Kittenberger Adventure Gardens and Noah's Ark in Schiltern, Loisium, Amethystwelt Maissau, the city of Krems an der Donau ...) are within a radius of less than 20 minutes by car. Vienna can also be reached in less than 1 hour.
Summer: The Hadersdorf outdoor pool is only 3 km away, the Kampbad in Langenlois can also be reached in a few minutes. We will send you the invoice for payment approximately 14 days before arrival. If you book at short notice, we will send you the invoice promptly.

Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei, Stornierungen zwischen 14-7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 50% der Gesamtkosten berechnet, Stornierungen in den 7 Tagen vor der Anreise werden mit 100% der Gesamtkosten berechnet.
Description of the accommodation
Das Ferienhaus bietet auf 95 Quadratmetern Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Es verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Der kombinierte Wohn- und Schlafbereich umfasst 2 Sofas, einen Kamin, ein gut gefülltes Bücherregal sowie 2 Einzelbetten (1 Flexa-Bett 90x200cm und ein Flexa-Gästebett 80x190cm). Auf Wunsch können die beiden Einzelbetten auch im Schlafzimmer aufgestellt werden. Die Wohnküche verfügt über einen großen Esstisch und die Küchenzeile ist mit Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine (Nespresso-Maschine + Kaffeepadmaschine inklusive Kapseln und Pads, Filterkaffeemaschine), Wasserkocher und Toaster voll ausgestattet. Das Tageslichtbad verfügt über Dusche, Badewanne, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Zudem gibt es ein separates WC. Auch stehen ein geräumiger Vorraum sowie eine geräumige Speisekammer zur Verfügung.
Conditions/extras
Die Anreise ist von 15 Uhr bis 20 Uhr möglich. Die Abreise ist bis 11 Uhr möglich. Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich. Bitte melden Sie sich ggf. rechtzeitig bei uns für eine Absprache. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort oder über einen Schlüsseltresor. Den Code dazu erhalten Sie gegebenenfalls rechtzeitig vor der Anreise. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Die Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2,60EUR pro Person/Nacht wird zzgl. vor Ort berechnet.
