Welcome to Len's Lookout - one of the finest and largest properties on The Bay Filey with panoramic views of Filey Bay.
Featuring downstairs bedroom, shower room, huge kitchen, balcony with sea view, patio, log burner and stunning master suite - this is truly a special home from home and really is suitable for "something special".
Enter through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks / storage and lots of space for beach gear.
To the side is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room. Continue across the hallway through to the living room.
There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine. Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people (2 additional dining chairs provided) which leads to the stunning lounge area The lounge area features a log burner, multiple large comfortable sofas, sofa bed (ideal for children not adults) and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to the field - ideal for kids to play. Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the wide expansive balcony with views to The Sea and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms - one double and one twin.
These share a large family bathroom. There’s a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles. -SMART TV in lounge with luxury sofas for 8 -Unlimited wifi throughout -Spacious kitchen diner -Four Bedrooms (one on ground floor) -Sofa Bed for 9 and 10th guest - please note only suitable for children. -Family bathroom with rainfall shower -2 Parking spaces -Tassimo Coffee / Drinks Machine Provided - bring your own pods / drinks -1 Highchair, 1 Travel Cot, Iron & Board and Hairdryer included (bedding for cots needed) -Price includes bedding and towels for each guest (except infants), high speed wifi, and all energy use (fair usage policy applies) This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some areas of the property had not been cleaned properly for a while a number of cobwebs were presents in bedrooms and bathrooms. \r\nHowever this will not stop us booking again.

We had a great stay. The house is in a fantastic position with sea views from the terrace and very peaceful. Beautiful house with everything you need, well equipped, clean. Great house for a larger family lots of space, very comfy beds, lovely bathrooms. Lots of equipment for going to the beach too including a trolley to transport everything. We would definitely stay again 10 out if 10
