You’ll find everything you need in the nearby village of East Wittering, with a fishmonger, butchers, bakers, a pharmacy, greengrocers and two supermarkets.
There is also a wide choice of cafes, restaurants, gift shops and ice cream parlours.
We are fortunate in the area with numerous great pubs to choose from.
The Lamb (West Wittering), The Shore (East Wittering) and The Wittering (West Wittering) to name a few. There are water-based activities such as kite surfing, kayaking and paddleboard hire for the adventurous types in your group.
You can walk to the sandy dunes at West Wittering beach from the house along the beach when the tide is low. The cathedral city of Chichester is a short drive away and has a wide range of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops.
The well-known Festival Theatre is home to many national tours and popular performances.
