This modern and comfortable apartment has been completely refurbished and decorated in neutral tones to create a relaxing atmosphere. It features one double bedroom and a cozy living-dining area with a double sofa bed, both fitted with soft bedsheets and pillows for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs during your stay. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those traveling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost.
*Please kindly note:
- The apartment is located on the ground floor.
- City tax is 1.00€ per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above, payable upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s license is not accepted.
- In the event that any damage is caused to the building door during your stay, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the responsible guest.
The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbors, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property.
