This apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable double bed fitted with fresh bedsheets and soft pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals at home. The bathroom comes with a shower and hair dryer. Free toiletries and towels are provided for our guests. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to prepare a quick meal or a delicious breakfast during your stay. Additionally, there’s a private balcony for your personal use inside the apartment. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are at an extra cost.

- This accommodation is located in a building without an elevator.
- City tax is 1,00€ per person/night for stays up to 7 consecutive nights and is applicable for guests aged 16 years and above. Payable upon check-in.
- The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival. Driver’s license is not accepted.

The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property.

Just outside the city line of Barcelona, L'Hospitalet de Llobregat ensures easy access to Gaudí’s city's most iconic attractions. Known for its diverse community, it features a mix of residential and commercial areas. The area has numerous parks, making it a pleasant environment for families and individuals. Key attractions include the renowned Gran Via 2 shopping center, as well as various cultural venues and local restaurants showcasing local cuisine. L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is well-connected to Barcelona through public transportation. A 20-minute metro ride away, you can reach one of the largest exhibition centres, Fira Internacional de Barcelona. Camp Nou, home to FC Barcelona, is just a 6-minute metro ride away. El Prat Airport is a 20-minute car ride. You can park on the street in any area that has no lines marked on the ground or has white lines, remember that the blue lines are paid parking, and you can only park for free from 8PM to 8AM; green lines are for residents, and you need a permit to park. For paid parking options: - Carrer Santiago Ramon y Cajal, 43. For 7 euros you can park all night. - Carrer Santa Eulalia 202.
