The property boasts a large private, fenced Mediterranean garden (about 15,000 sqm) with lawn and several plants, overlooking the sea.
Within the garden you will find: some lounge areas under wooden sunshade pergolas, a barbecue area (with sink), and a dining table for 8, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals surrounded by a natural, authentic scenery. The outdoor spaces are enhanced by a delightful pool (3 x 5 m, depth 1.6 m), open from April to November, and equipped with a shade sail and loungers. Guests also have access to an outdoor shower (with ambient temperature water) and private parking for two cars. Internal Description Villa Carovi consists of two separate housing units, harmoniously integrated into the landscape, and designed in a contemporary island style that highlights local materials and traditional influences.
The entire property is spread over one single level (ground floor), can accommodate up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
