Croyde Park Corner is a beautifully appointed, spacious four-bedroom bungalow located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy shores of Croyde Beach, as well as the village’s charming pubs, surf shops, cafes, and amenities. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational stays, the home blends beachside living with comfort, style and privacy. This home is also pet-friendly, making it ideal for bringing your four-legged friend along to enjoy the coast.


The Space


Living Areas
The heart of the home is the bright and expansive open-plan living space, featuring elegant hardwood flooring throughout. The large lounge area is furnished with two oversized, ultra-comfortable sofas and an additional soft armchair, perfect for sinking into after a day at the beach. A pouffe-style stool and coffee tables offer plenty of space for drinks, books, or board games, while the very large Smart TV, equipped with a soundbar, provides high-quality entertainment. A curated selection of board games and books is available for guests to enjoy. Sliding glass doors open out onto the private rear patio, decking and garden.


Kitchen & Dining
The raised kitchen area is designed for sociable cooking and easy entertaining. Light-filled and airy, this open-plan space includes a modern oven and hob, 4-slice toaster, double sink, dishwasher, and a double-door Beko fridge/freezer with chilled water dispenser. There’s also a Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, a spice rack, and an extensive supply of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests around a large table, and a high chair is also available on request for families with little ones.


Utility Room
Tucked off to the side, the separate utility room includes a washing machine, second double sink, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and general cleaning materials. This room also has direct access to a third bathroom, making it an ideal spot to rinse off after sandy beach outings.


Bedrooms


Master Bedroom
Accessed by a short set of four stairs, this very spacious and stylish room features a double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, wall-mounted Smart TV, mirrored wardrobe, and a set of drawers. Sliding doors open out onto the rear garden, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor feel. The room also boasts an en-suite shower room with WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail.


Mezzanine Office Space (within Master Bedroom)
Perfect for those needing to work or study during their stay, a few stairs lead from the master bedroom up to a quiet mezzanine office nook, complete with desk, office chair, and Velux window offering plenty of natural light. A door from this area leads to an elongated rear balcony with access to the rooftop terrace.


Bedroom Two
Overlooking the front garden, this cosy double bedroom includes a Smart TV, bedside cabinets with reading lights, a freestanding mirror, chest of drawers, and open clothes hanging rail.


Bedroom Three
Ideal for children or friends sharing, this bedroom features twin single beds, bedside tables with lamps, and a hanging rail for clothes. It also overlooks the peaceful front garden.


Bedroom Four
This bright and comfortable room contains 2 x single beds (can be made as a King-sized bed on request), matching bedside tables with reading lights, a large mirrored wardrobe, and a chest of drawers for additional storage.

This modern and private en-suite features a walk-in shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail.


Main Family Bathroom

This convenient shower room, ideal after a beach day, includes an electric power shower, WC, hand basin, and heated towel rail.


Bath and hand towels are provided for all guests.

Front Garden and Driveway
The home is set behind a gated, enclosed front garden with mature hedging for privacy. There’s ample space to park up to three vehicles on the private driveway, with a small raised grass bed and plenty of room for unloading surfboards, bikes or beach gear.


Rear Garden and Terrace
From the living area, large sliding doors lead onto an expansive rear terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco meals. There’s also a BBQ and sun loungers for relaxing on warm days. A decked area houses the hot tub (available as an optional extra), and the large enclosed lawn is great for garden games or simply stretching out in the sun, all surrounded by high hedging for maximum privacy.


Balcony and Rooftop Terrace
A hidden gem of the property, the rooftop terrace is accessed from the office space within the master suite. This elevated deck offers panoramic views over the rooftops of Croyde, the surrounding countryside, and out toward the coast. Furnished with additional seating and loungers, it’s an incredible spot to enjoy a morning coffee, sunset drinks, or a little peaceful stargazing.
