CROYDE PARK CORNER – Stunning Coastal Bungalow with Garden, Rooftop Views & Optional Hot Tub
Croyde Park Corner is a beautifully appointed, spacious four-bedroom bungalow located just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy shores of Croyde Beach, as well as the village’s charming pubs, surf shops, cafes, and amenities. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or multi-generational stays, the home blends beachside living with comfort, style and privacy. This home is also pet-friendly, making it ideal for bringing your four-legged friend along to enjoy the coast.
The Space
Living Areas
The heart of the home is the bright and expansive open-plan living space, featuring elegant hardwood flooring throughout. The large lounge area is furnished with two oversized, ultra-comfortable sofas and an additional soft armchair, perfect for sinking into after a day at the beach. A pouffe-style stool and coffee tables offer plenty of space for drinks, books, or board games, while the very large Smart TV, equipped with a soundbar, provides high-quality entertainment. A curated selection of board games and books is available for guests to enjoy. Sliding glass doors open out onto the private rear patio, decking and garden.
Kitchen & Dining
The raised kitchen area is designed for sociable cooking and easy entertaining. Light-filled and airy, this open-plan space includes a modern oven and hob, 4-slice toaster, double sink, dishwasher, and a double-door Beko fridge/freezer with chilled water dispenser. There’s also a Nespresso pod coffee machine with milk frother, a spice rack, and an extensive supply of cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests around a large table, and a high chair is also available on request for families with little ones.
Utility Room
Tucked off to the side, the separate utility room includes a washing machine, second double sink, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and general cleaning materials. This room also has direct access to a third bathroom, making it an ideal spot to rinse off after sandy beach outings.
