Sleeping up to 6 guests, the property features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining area, 2 bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi and free parking.
With the city’s shops, restaurants, attractions and the River Exe within easy reach, it’s an ideal base for families, friends and business travellers. Guests have sole access to the property Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.

Good location. Comfy beds. Well appointed. A couple of advertised amenities not working as advertised (one shower was out of order and the kettle did not work reliably). We advised the host about this online at the start of the stay and they thanked us for letting them know.
