Immerse yourself in the charm of the Tramuntana Mountains at Villa Lucius, a breathtaking 18th-century finca set at the foot of this UNESCO World Heritage Site in the heart of Mallorca's Binissalem wine region. This luxurious estate, spanning approximately 600 m², offers a perfect blend of historical architecture with modern, minimalist interiors and contemporary technology. Parquet and terracotta floors lend the property an elegant country-house ambiance, perfectly complementing its scenic surroundings.
Surrounded by four hectares of almond orchards and fruit trees, including orange, lemon, fig, and olive, Villa Lucius is a tranquil haven with stunning views of the mountains. The finca’s one-hectare Mediterranean-style park features palms, cypresses, bougainvillea, oleander, hibiscus, and roses, creating a serene and romantic atmosphere. Several terraces, both sunny and covered, invite relaxation, while sun loungers and parasols surround the private pool. The outdoor Jacuzzi adds a touch of luxury to your stay, and a romantic pavilion nestled within the grounds offers the perfect spot to unwind.
The estate is also home to a painter's studio, hacienda-style stables, riding arenas, and a charming little church set amid the beautifully landscaped gardens. For sports enthusiasts, a floodlit tennis court and a riding arena are available, accessed via a picturesque pathway lined with oleanders and palm trees that leads past a peaceful duck pond. Inside, Villa Lucius features four double bedrooms on the first floor. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and separate dressing rooms, while the other two share a spacious bathroom. An additional en-suite guest bedroom, with a private entrance from the garden, provides extra privacy for visitors.
On the ground floor, a grand entrance hall leads to two spacious lounge areas, each with an open fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. A large dining room, a kitchen with a breakfast area, and a study with a fireplace offer both comfort and functionality. The living areas are designed to maximize the villa’s stunning mountain views.
Located just 25 minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beaches of Alcudia and Port de Pollença, Villa Lucius provides easy access to some of Mallorca’s best coastal attractions.
Additional costs apply for your stay. These include a tourist tax, an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €600, and a late arrival fee of €69 if you check in outside of the specified times. If you require a high chair or cot, these are available at €29 and €69 per booking, respectively. A refundable damage deposit of €500 is also required, charged 7 days prior to your arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure, subject to a property inspection.
