Villa Saumane is a cosy holiday villa with fantastic views of the Vaucluse, the Lubéron and the Alpilles, built in 2008. The large city of Avignon is approximately a 30-minute drive away.

Ground floor: spacious living room with attractive, terracotta-coloured tiles, sofa and television with DVD player.
Dutch channels are available! Separate luxury fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences.
From the kitchen you can easily walk onto the covered terrace with beautiful views.
Bedroom for two people with private bathroom with shower and sink.
Separate toilet. First floor: three bedrooms for two people and bathroom with bath, shower, and double sink.

All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.
WiFi internet is available in the villa. Outside: Covered terrace with lounge set, from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings.

Directly in front of the house is the private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers. Garage with washing machine.
All sorts of extras can be rented at the reception of the park. Facilities at the resort: - Tennis court (free) - Petanque court (free) - Communal swimming pool (free) - WiFi internet throughout the park (free) - Bread service Holiday resort: This villa is located on the Domaine Les Demeures du Luc. The park is in a beautiful location close to Avignon, in the Provence.
At the park you will find several communal facilities including a large swimming pool and tennis courts, which you can use. The rental price includes: - use of gas, water, and electricity up to 350 kWh To be paid locally: - final cleaning: € 140 - bed linen: € 14.50 per person - security deposit: € 450 Optional extra's to be paid locally: - electric barbecue: € 20 per week - beds made: € 8 per person - bath linen (1 large and 1 small towel): € 10 per person - kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 1 dishcloth): € 7,50 - baby cot: € 25 per stay - high chair: € 11 per stay - pets on request: € 40 per stay The private pool is available from April to October. Wat een zalige vakantie met onze 2 hondjes net terug van 2 weken en nog steeds zomerweer gemiddeld 27 gr en meer.
Prachtige villa in een mooi rustig domein. Zoveel privacy en mooie tuin

très agréable et toujours prêt à rendre service.
La maison 303 est très bien agencée, la décoration . Il n'y manque rien même dans la cuisine j'avais l'impression d'être chez moi. Il est vrai que la télévision est en langue néerlandaise majoritairement, mais fran...

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in villa Saumane! Pluspunten waren de mooie omgeving en tuin, het eigen zwembad, de goed uitgeruste keuken en de gasbarbecue. Een aanrader voor grotere families!
