Electricity consumption is included up to 30 kwh per week, the excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kwh.

A deposit of € 150 (or € 50.00 per person for groups of young people) must be paid which will be returned after checking the apartment at the end of the stay, except for withholding the amount if there are problems related to the stay in the property during the rental period or for any damage.
