Just a few steps from Medici fortresses, beautiful beaches, and the lively main square, it is the ideal place for those seeking culture, entertainment, and natural beauty.
Thanks to its privileged location and rare private garden, it represents the perfect choice for an authentic and unforgettable holiday. The area from about mid-June to mid-September, only in the evening hours, is limited traffic for cars. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom with an additional single bed, one traditional double bedroom, and one double room with a sofa bed; dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower cabins, and a storage room for bicycles. Equipped with every comfort: TV, washing machine, and a large private garden furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. Important Notes: – Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-ins after 7:30 PM are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge. – Check-out: by 9:00 AM. Bed linen and towels are not included; they can be rented on request at a cost of €40 per person, 7 days before the arrival date.
Collection is only available at our office in Portoferraio. Pets allowed with a €50 surcharge. Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
