Consisting of a double bedroom, quadruple bedroom and a large living room kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom with tub and, overlooking a municipal road with a dead-end, the house offers the possibility of temporarily using the space in front of the entrance with a small table from where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the roofs of Capoliveri.

The distance from the nearest beaches is about 2 km.

The town square is less than 100 meters away.

Upon request and reservation, not managed by us, it is possible to park in a private area not owned by the house.
